Important: This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site and related online interactions. If we are a HIPAA-covered health care provider and you become a patient, our Notice of Privacy Practices describes how we may use and disclose your protected health information and your rights under HIPAA. This Privacy Policy does not replace our Notice of Privacy Practices.

07Chatbots, Forms, Scheduling Tools, and Sensitive Inputs

If the Site includes a chatbot, scheduling assistant, appointment request form, intake form, or similar feature:

  • information you submit may be stored and reviewed by us or our authorized service providers;
  • such tools may be used to respond to questions, route inquiries, support scheduling, improve service information, and prepare internal operational reports;
  • where applicable, health-related information submitted through such tools may be handled under HIPAA and related contractual safeguards;
